I upgraded my main computer to Windows 10 again

So a couple of days ago, I decided to upgraded my main computer (my desktop) to Windows 10 again. It turns out that Windows 10 works out much better if I install by installing Windows 8.1 first, installing all the required and necessary drivers, THEN upgrading to Windows 10. Last time, I did a clean install because my previous installation before that, which was an upgrade, got infected with viruses and unwanted software after I accidentally opened a fake program. How to install:
- Download, extract and run .exe file,
(If your antivirus blocking file, pause it or disable it for some time.) - Choose destination folder

How to Use:
Open destination folder and locate file notes.txt, open it and read step by step.
