I bought the Intuos Art Medium a while ago and it came with thiss application for the mac and windows. I did all the steps it told me to do, email, serial number etc. But every time I open the app, it 'unexpectedly closes' I have a Mac El Capitan and I feel like other people have the same problem, although it DOES work when I use this app on GUEST user. Which is very unprofessional since the guest user on mac will NOT save the brush settings and drawings etc. I hope that I will get it to work
